Happy Independence Day!

We had another fun day on the beach, but it was our last day at the shore.  Luckily, our hotel gave us free later check out.  We didn't stay for the fireworks, since it would have been passed your bed time and we still would have to drive home 2 hours.  So, we left around 6pm.  We were able to spend most of the having sun at the beach!

Today was day 2 on the beach.  You had a blast!  We met up with some other friends down at the shore that have children around your age.  Unfortunately, all the kids were on different schedules (different meltdown times) and you didn't get to play together too much.  But you did love their chairs.

Today was our first official day on the beach.  We arrived around 10:30am and left around 4pm.  We did take some breaks to get lunch and snacks on the boardwalk.  The shade tent was great for keeping us out of the sun.  You were able to play in the sand with the tent's protection.

Our first day at the NJ beach!  We arrived during the late afternoon, since Mommy and Daddy had to work.  The traffic wasn't too bad, and you only cried for about 30 minutes of the 2 hour drive to the shore.
